Autumn in Italy Wine Dinner

Chef Maureen Mino will prepare five Fall inspiered dishes with perfectly paired Wines, presented by wine expert, Michael Giustiniani, offering Tasting Notes, Vineyard History, and Culinary Education. Wine offered throughout the evening will be for sale at the end of the event.

Menu to include**:

1st Course – Butternut Squash Soup paired with Chardonnay

2nd Course – Warm Shitake Goat Cheese Salad paired with Kerner

3rd Course – Gnocchi with Sage and Mushrooms paired with Barolo

4th Course – Pork Tenderloin and Apple Confit paired with Amarone

5th Course – Pear Walnut Cake paired with Vin Santo
